Quality Controller

Duties

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform quality audits and document findings to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
• Analyze data collected from inspections and tests to identify trends and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement quality assurance practices that enhance product reliability and performance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Fabricate samples for testing purposes and ensure that all equipment used in quality control is calibrated and maintained properly.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies, including quality inspection techniques and research data collection processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to product quality.
• Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards related to quality management systems is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
