Tax Accountant

Proficient with QuickBooks is a MUST. Accounting degree preferred but willing to consider work experience in lieu of a degree. Office Admin

**Short- term assignment to cover a leave of absence for an internal employee**

Compensation and Hours:  Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm, $16/hr.

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming front desk presence.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence for team members.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize computer software to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
