Maintenance Technician
Knowledge and experience coupled with diagnostic and repair skills for trades such as appliance repair, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Be able to perform essential physical qualifications and possess the ability to work long/flexible hours in inclement weather and emergency situations such as snow removal, excessive heat, storms, etc. and participate in the on-call rotation with inconvenience pay included. Must provide your own hand tools, be able to prioritize/schedule work assignments according to the property needs and ensure an outstanding level of customer service. Custodian/Grounds Maintenance
Candidate will be responsible for walking the grounds and picking up trash, loading large items left in units or at the curb into a truck, clean the management office.
